UK: 2011 Budget for Growth?

The 2011 budget, dubbed (with a distinct lack of originality) the “Budget for Growth,” is the Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition’s first full budget since it came to power in May 2010. We didn’t expect any significant alterations to the huge fiscal consolidation plan laid out in the June 2010 emergency budget and the latest document tallies with that.
