Alex Etra

Alex is an economist on RGE's Asia/Pacific team. He holds a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies with a concentration in economics and South Asia and a specialization in quantitative methods and economic theory. He holds a bachelor's degree in international affairs from Lewis & Clark College. Prior to joining RGE, Alex was a David L. Boren Fellow in New Delhi, where he served on the research staff of the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Committee (FSRLC).
