Saudi Arabia's most significant threats stem from Yemen on its southern border with its flood of poorer people. Following terrorist attacks on energy facilities and foreign compounds earlier this decade, Saudi Arabia claims to have rooted out domestic Al-qaeda groups seeking to destabilize the government.
